This started happening about 2 days ago randomly after 2 years of owning my Gaming PC. All my Browsers are slow! My PC is hard-wired and my connection is Verizon FioS Gigabit. When I try to load a YouTube video, Any one at all..It buffers non-stop and I can't watch a single thing. They are all loading on 144p and buffering as well. I stream on Twitch perfectly fine without drops or lag. But somehow YouTube and even my Email are being painfully slow lately. I tested my connection on my laptop and it is super smooth and fast when it comes to Youtube and everything else.. No buffering.. but my main PC here is acting so slow I don't know what is happening! I took a picture of my Youtube Stat-for-nerds so hopefully that can help somehow!

I'm having the same exact issues. My network speeds are all good, it's only certain sites where loading videos extremely slowly or not at all. There were no problems a couple weeks ago and I returned from a trip and all of a sudden things are all messed up. I've noticed that it's only happening when I'm connected via a wired connection, wifi seems to work fine... I tried reinstalling windows and network drivers but that hasn't helped.

I have a solution for you that fixed mines. I also reinstalled windows and wiped my pc and my issue kept persisting. Reply back and I will tell you what I've done

What did you do? I'm having this same problem but I don't want to buy a wifi card for my pc and I'd rather use ethernet.
