Pc and TV issues

Ok so I got a a80j sony t.v. and a handle down computer that capable of at minimum 2k 120 refresh. However whenever I switch from my monitor a 4k 60 hertz machine to my 65 inch a80j it's literally stuck at 30 fps without the option to increase to even 30. I'm not entirely tech savvy  but I can usually figure this kind of stuff out but have been absolutely stumped. I have a disability that disallows me from sitting up right but I can do work and play games laying down. I've waited very patiently to try to play again but 30 fps makes me wish my surgery failed lol.
