X99 Board needed

Other details Hey I was wondering if any one out there has a x99 - Non Chinese board they would like to get rid of. Be and my daughter are building her first pc and she has a older dell T5810 - with a 1650 v3 and 64g of ecc ram as a starting point, I have been looking at ebay and aliexpress and have mixed fillings about getting her one of those Chinese board, Unless any one has experience with them they can share. 

 

or should i just go full knew build I am still on the fence,

TBH I'd just eBay all that stuff and start fresh.  Is the board dead?  If not you can probably sell the whole system on a local market like facebook or craigslist, or try to part it out. ECC is gonna be slow for gaming and 64GB is worth more in cash as nothing a kid is gonna do with a computer will ever use that much.
