That build is over 2 years old at this point. Part recommendations aren't really relevant after about 1-2 weeks, let alone 1-2 years since the PC market changes so fast. The only thing left in this system that is still worth buying is the case.

First, we are super close to the release of AM5 and next gen hardware (AM5 will be announced by the end of the month). That means that you can either get next gen hardware for about the same amount of money as you would today, or you can get a really good deal on last gen hardware when it goes on clearance (given that you apparently live near a Micro Center, they run incredibly deep sales on last gen stuff when next gen stuff releases). If you're willing to wait for next gen stuff to be announced, do it.

If you don't want to wait the 2 weeks for the announcement and ~3-4 more weeks for the release, you want to be going Intel for the system instead. It's just currently the better value for your money.

That system would be a much better value for the money if you wanted to buy today, as well as being much faster. I still would recommend waiting for AM5 if at all possible, unless you need a new system tomorrow we're close enough to next gen launches that waiting is a good idea, but if you do need a new system within the next week that is what I'd buy,
