New Build Help - Display issues.

Alrighty, so upon first start up of my new build I had no display to monitor. Checked basic connections and everything was fine and tried display port on both motherboard and graphics card. No motherboard lights at first. Tried the good ol' turn off and on again and then got white VGA light on motherboard. Removed graphics card and tried again and perfect start up with display, perfect. Now the issue when I plug the graphics card back in sometimes I get the white VGA light and sometimes I do not but when ever I plug the graphics card in I seem to not have 'power' to the back panel on the motherboard (usb mouse and keyboard do not light up). Graphics card works on my other tower just fine and I don't have any issues. Currently at a loss any help or recommendations on any other troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
