Is there any way to make sure you'll actually receive the bought parts? also, how expensive is shipping from the US to EU

Not as much as SEA to US. If you dont you can chargeback via paypal or contact the sell or contact the forum admin

Paypal buyers guarantee. Shipping depends on the box size and weight. For instance i sold a whole computer and a laptop, boxed it up and shipped it to australia. It cost me 250 CDN.
