random freezing in pc

ryzen 5 5600x
rtx 3060
msi b550m pro vdh
16gb 3200mhz ram adata gammix d30
Verbatim Vi3000 NVMe M.2 Internal SSD (256GB)
2tb hard disk
my pc is experiencing micro freezing i dont know whats causing this but its freezing in game aswell as windows
would appreciate some help

Do a ram test and see if that's the issue. Use a program named memtest86+ and boot it using usb method.
