first pc I need help

I am 15 years old and recently got my first pc and don't know much about it .whenever I enter a game it constantly turn into a black screen every now and then and I don't know how to fix it. the pc has a TUF gaming rtx 3070ti, 12th gen intel core i7-12700f, 32 GB of ram, Z690-P Prime WiFi DDR4 Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard ,nvme m.2 1Tb Kingston ssd and 750W power supply, and it is running windows 11 and BIOS Ver. 1402. I am not sure if it is hardware issue ( since I got it build in a shop in china because I live in Shanghai) or a software issue.
