Low ram mhz

hello guys my friend got these 16gb of 2666mhz ram from kingston and for no reaseon d.o.c.p is imposible to change from disabled. I also tried in the ai tweeker to change it to 2666mhz but it didnt change anything. The motherboard is from asus. Its an a320m-k I think I dont have the exact model.

And either way A320 or H310 don’t support any kind of memory overclocking above standard speeds, ie intel XMP or amd DOCP

yes I was confused now I changed it yes he has a a320 motherboard. But the problem is that their ram frecuencies are runing at 1333mhz and those rams are 2666mhz

IE 1600mhz ddr3 is 800mhz

3200mhz ddr4 is 1600mhz

so your telling me his rams wont work any faster than 1333mhz?

Ive just told him how to update bios beacause he had one from 2018 xd. Now its takes the ram speeds at 2666
