I'd get this over anything. If it's really out of budget I have a similar one with a 10100 for 50 cad less.

 

Simply put everything you've shown is is ancient garbage and you will run into issues with games you want to play. This is a great start. Yes no gpu but the igpu is pretty decent.

No even with a 5ghz oc that 4690k doesn't come close. It's not the single core performance that is the issue on that chip it's the lack of threads. That is a big issue already and only will get worse.
