Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): No existing parts starting from scratch I do have a 144hz monitor. Also I can download the os on a usb so no need for that

If you want you could add the HDD too, but I think 2TB should be more than enough. If you do include it, I recommend the Western Digital Blue 4 TB over the Barracuda.
