I found a PS4 at an E-recycling depot and it works but, there's no controller and I can't do anything with a keyboard on it. Does anyone know the keyboard combinations for a PS4?

There isn't really an alternative to buying a controller. I'd poke around Ebay or hit up your local Gamestop and see if you can find a Dualshock 4 for a good price.
