Hi i wan't to put in new case fans in my pc since the once I have now are standart NZXT 120mm which tend to make a lot of noice.
When i got my pc I had it built at a shop and I can see my current fans are 3 pins but both my front intake fans are put into 2 different 2 pin adapters (why i don't know and hope someone can tell me) before they are put into the motherboard.
I really wanna put in 2 new intake 3 pin fans but I don't know if i should put them into the 2 pin adapters (don't know if they will work if I do) or if I can put them dirrectly into the motherboard.
I also have no idea where to plug them in.

Thanks in advance.

Just put in the nw fans in the same ports (fan header) as the old intake fans, if you want to just swap em out with new ones. You have alot of fan headers on the board and can use all of them. You can even put a splitter to the fan header and use more fans on the same header. I would use these, you can in theory use all of them and control them from bios using Q-fan:
