I know many of you have good knowledge regarding display stuffs and all....so I thought to share this topic with all of you....

 

Ok, without wasting any time I'm coming to my point directly....

 

Should I wait for A95k or should I get g2 now....(for gaming)

i personally would wait for A95K

it support all the latest tech in gaming and the image quality in by far the best i have ever seen (FYI i saw it in a store under heavy light)

its better then G2 in every possible way in my opinion with the only drawback being the insane price of A95K

i think G2 might be slightly better in Pixel response time but considering how much the color and everything else looks and feels better in A95K

i would definitely pick the A95K

btw your using it for console (which?) or you wanna hook up a pc to it?

I appreciate it....your explanation is quite logical and practical...

 

First of all I'm waiting to upgrade my TV since March, I don't know whether i can take it anymore....but at the end of the day I know A95k is much better....

 

I will use it for both  console and pc

they will both look great

and as an added bonus

if you hook up a ps5 to it

it can do Variable Refresh Rate and dynamic tone mapping which is kind of how Dolby Vision work

you can currently do this only with a high end Sony TV which was actually enough to convince me to upgrade to a 65 inch X9000H last year

im using a 65 inch x9000h which was Sony's last year flagship LCD for gaming

i cant afford upgrading to that monster but if you can

its the best consumer TV in the market right now
