Help with pins

Hi everyone! I'm a relatively experienced PC builder, but when disassembling my old laptop, i came across this 12-pin port, and i do not know the name of it. Can anyone help? I need to find a cable for it.

If the hard drive was connected to this, it could well be a proprietary header for SATA, power, or even IDE. How old is the laptop you're looking at?

I considered whether these were master/slave jumpers, but they look like too many pins. Can you add a picture of how this was connected to the hard drive in the original post?
