Good Case Fan

Any recommendations for a case fan that has a good balance between air flow, rpm, and noise?

Laptop: ASUS G751JL-BBI7T29 GPU: GeForce GTX 965M 2GB CPU: Intel i7-4720HQ @ 2.6 GHz RAM: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 (although I plan on upgrading this to 16 or potentially even 24 GB soon) Storage: 1 TB 7200 RPM HDD, 500GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD Mouse: Logitech G300s Headset: Turtle Beach EarForce P11

Recently I've been looking into the Be Quiet! Silent Wings and have heard nothing but praise for them :)

I can personally recommend BeQiuet Shadow Wings, and I'm fairly sure all their fans are good options. Other good options include Fractal Design Silen R2, Scythe Gentle Typhoons, as well as fans by Antec, Cooler Master, NZXT and Silverstone :)

Gentle typhoons, noctua's, and Noiseblockers are the best fans money can buy.
