Need urgent help

I have a gaming rig, that has one big problem, so I’m running a b550a gaming plus motherboard, a ryzen 9 5900X cpu, an rtx 3060, is has a noctua dual fan cpu cooler a 1000w psu, so my pc runs great and has no problems, no stutters or crashes or freezes or random restarts what so ever. Except, when I try to play certain games it’ll restart my entire pc during the loading process the 2 games I have noticed it has this problem with are, ghost recon wildlands & modern warfare 2019, it always restarts, I can play cyberpunk 2077 with mods at high graphics and all that without a problem same with death stranding and fall guys. It doesn’t make any beeping sounds or anything when it restarts and the fans don’t start accelerating faster than usual, I was told it could the cpu overheating and for a couple of days I did get that, until I bought the noctua dual fan cpu cooler, and my pc stop running hot, but it continued to do this, I was then told i needed a new psu with more wattage, so I upgraded to a EVGA 750w and that didn’t make a difference so I got a 1000w psu and it is still doing the same thing, at this point I’m running out of ideas and or things that could be causing this problem could someone please help me or maybe tell me if I did something wrong, much appreciated.

Assuming you tried reinstalling the game/verifying the files and did you actually monitor the temps to ensure the fan was mounted properly.

Yes I did all that reinstalled both games and check temps to make sure it isn’t overheating, I also forgot to mention, when I try to load those 2 specific games it displays in the bottom right corner of my screen the amount of ram it is using for the game, but before any of this was happening I had lesser components I had a ryzen 3 and and rt 570 and 550w psu and not the same motherboard and I never had this problem with those games, but now when it displays the ram being used to run the game, it goes from a reasonable amount like any other game and then it skyrockets to almost 5gb of ram being used out of my 16gb total
