I've recently put together a new build. Moved from good old I5 6600K to I7 12700K. It has been working fine for a while, I was using 2400Mhz (old) RAM kit, and was waiting for new 3200s to arrive. A week or two later, I replaced the ram as well, still no problem. System is 2-3 months old. I think since the last month, it has started BSOD ing on me. It BSOD while playing the Elden Ring, didnt even show me the blue screen, game just froze and I was able to figure out it was BSOD later on by checking the Mindump folder. I'm not sure if the pattern was same or not at first but later on I started noticing that if I freshly turned on PC it would definitely BSOD after a while, while playing Elden Ring, however after the initial BSOD, it wouldnt BSOD anymore, till I shutdown PC and started the cycle again (I do have disabled Fast Boot).

I've run Memtest for 4 passes - no errors. Later on I did the driver verification and win32kfull.sys was failing. I did the Windows fresh reinstall yesterday. And today I got the BSOD again while playing RDR2. However driver verification goes through fine. Also it was a new error this time, BSOD reason was kernel security verification failed. Before BSOD reasons often were kmode exception.

Temps are fine, I have run GPU and CPU stress tests and all is well, CPU never passes 67. I like to think RAM is probably okay as well.

I'm kinda lost here, has anyone experienced anything? I accidentally flushed the dumps, if it BSODs again, I'll provide memory dumps too.

Thanks

Edit: I like to think that PC BSODs only when playing games, but that isn't the fact. It did BSOD twice that I can remember of when not playing anything.

Do you have the XMP profile enabled? Just curious since it seems like the ram change has been causing the BSOD.

It is on. I thought about disabling it but since memtest wasn't throwing any errors I thought maybe it aint that.
Would be sad if I had to go back to 2400mhz lol.

I'm running Corsair Vengenance LPX 3200 CL16. Should have gone with Crucial I know... :X
