This is the list I made:https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Pcbuild12123/saved/#view=ZVWyWZ this will handle everything you throw at it whether you want good frame rates in 1080p, 1440p, 4k, or even 5k like you said you want 5k in vr, if you do start streaming it would be a good idea to add another kit of 16gb ram. I added the 3070 ti because you wanted to play up to 5k with decent performance. It will also last a long time cpu and gpu wise since the cpu is a 12700kf one of the higher end cpus currently, and in many years you can upgrade to a raptor lake chip. Don’t worry about all the stores being Amazon America and Newegg because they both ship internationally. For the case I would’ve chosen the 4000d but it only comes with 2 fans and there wasn’t enough budget left for extra ones so I went with the Phanteks eclipse p400a mesh in white though the build is black because the whole inside of the white p400a is black

This is what I would make.

I'd get the cooler, case and ssd from the places you mentioned since they are all on pcpartpicker and are vastly overpriced.

You can cut Costs going down to a 12400f because they don't have that much of a perfromance difference from a 12600.

I personally have never heard of that motherboard but It might be produced and shipped in your country so It could be better than the one I included.

I'd probably get a nvidia card so you can utilize their nvenc encoding if you plan to stream.

This list is probably still overpriced but I would still most likely try to find a nvidia card instead of a radeon card.
