I am using an asus tuf dash f15 laptop with an i5 11gen 16gb ram and RTX 3060 but I am getting very half the expected fps for example I play csgo on low settings on 4:3(stretched) and I am getting 180 fps which i used to get on my old laptop with an GTX 1050 card. I have tweaked my nvidia control panel settings and recently formatted my computer because of this issue. I have upgraded all my drivers too. I do not have many programs and I do not download from shady websites even then 4GB of ram is constantly used while idle. I cannot seem to resolve this issue please help.

hard to tell out of the blue... You should install Afterburner+RVSS to have an OSD while gaming to check usages and temps
