Blue Tooth failure

I am getting the error message in device manager:  

 

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

 

I have tried updating the drivers and windows is up to date, roll back drivers is grayed out.....HELP!

What bluetooth device?  How is it connected (onboard, m.2 BT/wfi, PCIe, USB) How old is it?  Have you had any other issues lately?

New build onboard gigabyte z690.

Did you install the chipset drivers?  Check the Gigabyte support page, there might also be something from intel worth installing for it.

Usually when I go to device manager I right click on the device in question and it finds automatically, gigabyte does not make it clear where all their drivers are.

I've just found drivers but I had to go to an intel site to do it, i don't know if it's the right one but it recognises the device now, thanks.
