Commander core is not detecting my commander core but only detecting commander core xt, pump lighting and ram, please help thx in advance!

What motherboard and OS do you have? Do you have the motherboard drivers installed?

 

Someone on the forum had an issue as well:

And I see some thread online seems to have had issues in the past with AMD boards and has issues with newer Z690 boards as well.

yeah I have a msi z690 edge mobo so I suspect that may be the problem but thanks for your help!

 

My problem is still not resolved lol is this something to do with hardware or software or both?
