So tried seeing the affect of turning on resizable bar last night, so far just on cyberpunk and warzone going to try more today. In cyberpunk it seemed like it slowed performance down with it on, warzone seemed to get a respectable little bump but now for the strange part. Played with the settings some and got around 150fps from 100 or so fps setting maxed out at 1440p but only with Ray tracing turned on. Soon as I turned it off I lost 20+fps, definitely feel like that should be opposite hahaha. Looks great and plays great tho, rig specs are below.

would be a bug, as Resizable BAR shouldn't affect this. Also that raytracing deals more with the processing power than streaming textures that you need to do either way?

I assume you used some monitoring software, so if you can get the temps and MHz, if it somehow downclocks itself or is not using 100% of the GPU or CPU?

Or it being a bug in the setting, that doesn't enable/disable raytracing correctly. So a restart of the game might solve it.

Also you are not using an AMD system, which seems to have more support for this feature currently?

Unlike your 10th gen intel and 3070 RTX card. Might work, but maybe not as great as those that fully supports it? (not fully sure).

I need to try some other games seeing both warzone and cyberpunk are hot messes in optimization, they are just what I've been playing the most since I upgraded my GPU. I've had most of this rig for awhile now but never got around to updating my BIOS, updated it last night and it now has support for resizable bar so playing around with it mostly for curiosities sake. Have gotten to the point that I like tinkering to get the most out of it more than playing the games sometimes lol.
