Hi all! So I've got a 10700k with overheating issues. At startup without having too many programs open I idle at around 60-65C and at full load I easily go to 90C. While gaming it'll be at around 80C for the games I play. I'm using an Artic Freezer 34 eSports Duo. I've circumvented this problem temporarily by undervolting the CPU. I've tried applying new thermal paste (Arctic MX-5), tightening the CPU cooler, and resetting the BIOS settings, all to no avail. I've gotten down to 40C at idle by undervolting but would really like to go back to boost speeds. I'm open to any ideas, even getting a new cooler. Any help would be appreciated and I'm open to answering questions. Thank you!

What case and fan configuration do you have? If airflow is not suitable you might struggle even with a better cooler

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

I have two 120mm intakes at the front, one 120mm exhaust at the back, and two 120mm exhausts at the top. My case is a Phanteks P360A. I actually tried turning off one of the top exhausts(the one in front of the CPU cooler) to see if I was starving it of air, but I didn't see any noticeable changes. Perhaps I should try turning off both top exhausts. Another thing to take into account is that I'm using a founders 3070ti, so it does intake air from in front of the CPU cooler when running. At idle, it does not. Thank you for the speedy response!
