Hello all.

so I have an MSI gp65 leopard 10SFK laptop, I almost sold it so I had done a factory reset on the computer to do so. Accidentally shut the laptop down while reinstalling windows so I was locked out of windows due to the “default user 0” issue. Now to fix this I took out my M.2 ssd and put in a 2.5”ssd that already had windows on it. Worked right away. Now I tried adding a new m.2 ssd for more storage (bought brand new) after installing it I can’t boot into windows. I’ve tried adjusting the bios several times but it won’t boot I even removed the new m.2 so only the 2.5” ssd with windows was installed and it still won’t boot now I get stuck in a boot loop that brings up a blank blue screen for about a minute and then reboots literally stuck in this loop and have no idea what to do

I would suggest you to try to do a fresh install of Windows from a flash drive. As you've just factory reset the computer I assume that you don't have any important information that will be lost in the process.

If you are unaware of how to install Windows from a flash drive this video will help you.

Hope this helped,

Spannvis

One of my drives has windows 10 it just refuses to boot from that drive. My 2.5” has been being used since after the factory reset so I have months and months of stuff on that drive that I now can’t access
