Changing PSU

Really basic question, but I just want to get some confirmation. I'm taking my Corsair RM850x out of my old computer for my new build and putting an RM750x in for my sister. I assume that since they are both the RMx series from Corsair that I could just leave the cables, but I'd rather be safe then sorry.

Better to be safe than sorry! Replace the cables. Plus this will help with any warranty things that may come up later.

So while it is easy to have bad things happen, it would appear these two use the same cables. I usually check a couple different sources. Double check me, here:

Cable Mod, would seem to indicate they are the same cables.

Corsair Seems to also indicate they are the same.

The cables of RM750x and RM850x are exact the same.

Same Cables. I just upgraded from my RM850x to the RM1000x and researched their cable compatibility thoroughly because I didn't want to have to buy new custom cables.
