Panelook not working

Hey all, is anyone else having issues with Panelook?

 

The hgomepage loads however whenever I try to search something or go to a category (i.e. brands) i get an SQL error - see attached.

 

I'm trying to hunt down the panel model used for the LG 35WN75C-B.AAU without taking the monitor apart itself.
