Wierd gray artifacts sometimes

So I have been getting a wierd gray artifacting only when I open some apps, minecraft, overwolf add-ons for like league. Even in browser. Sometimes. 

 

I bought this laptop so I can game with my fiance as she prefers to use my desktop to game, which is fine I personally prefer the laptop for portability. I work in labour so most of the time I don't game in my offtime being tired sore. So i figured eh I got this thing off market place. Kinda regretting it a bit. But back on topic. So some apps do and some apps don't. But I get this wierd screen and I'm hoping some one can help me diagnose and sort out the problem.
