Planet Zoo Franchice and Connectivity issues

Hey all.

 

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but I could really need some help. My GF loves playing Planet Zoo in Franchise mode. But after we moved to a new apartment, the game keeps losing the connection to the server once every 5-10 min. I've done a ping test to google.com with 1000, 600 byte's packages send, and no package lose what so ever. I've reset the router twice, to no avail.

Is there anybody that good some idea of what I could do to fix this issue, or at least and alternative to diagnose the issue?
