Weird Network Problem

I got a really weird network problem with my PC...

Im not losing Connection no matter how long my PC is running, BUT after a while just few things don't work anymore. Example im Gaming for lets say 8 hours in an online game, i won't lose any Connection an Game as long as i wan't. But things like Youtube or other websites won't load in my Browser anymore in a Strange way. For example i wanted to Google somthing and the website it Self including google works but the im not a Robot thing wasn't loading, the area to click wasn't there just not loaded, it doesen't matter how long i wait it won't load. Sometimes while gaming Everything works even Spotify and the online game, but Discord can't load anymore and is Disconnected.

I got every new update i could get, for LAN, BIOS, Windows and Wlan, i deinstalled every driver for networking Mutible times it dosen't change a thing.

I don't use any Speed, Latancy or VPN Program.

After searching for a while i found some CMD commands to be exact 3 commands, if i use those commands everything works after that. BUT a day later i got the same issue.

I dont know if its just one of the commands working for the issue.

The commands are:

netsh winsock reset

netsh int ip reset

ipconfig /flushdns

After i knew that solves the Problem i made a .bat file with those Commands. it annoyes me anyway.

i'm Sorry if some sentences does not make that much sense, im from Germany.
