I want to see what you all think.

 

This is going to be my first pc in more than 15 years (have use only laptops all this time).

 

So I'm quite happy, but before hand I want to see opinions before buying the components

 

Ryzen 5 5600 x

Radeon 6600xt or rtx 3060 ti 8gb

the same storage (for OS) 

Same 16 RAM

Board B550M-K

a Corsair  Delta Case with Power supply Corsair 650 80+ bronze.

What is your budget and country, and for what will you be using the system?

I'm in Colombia,

 

My budget is around 1500 USD (all the components I listed cost a little under 1500 usd taking into account import taxes and shipping)

 

The computer is first for gaming then a little of photo editing and programming.

Look into prices for an i5 12400 and a B660 motherboard. If it's cheaper than the 5600X and a B550 motherboard, then go with that instead.

 

Also, what do you mean by this:

For OS storage, you should try to fit an SSD in the budget. Even a 250GB SATA SSD is much better than an HDD. But getting a 500GB+ NVME SSD is preferable depending on your budget. 

 

For the RAM, you'll want at least 16GB of DDR4 3200 CL16.

Yeah sorry, Im checking the difference of price is not that big for some reason.

The build uses a 500GB M.2 for the OS and I have extra memory for storage.

Also It was a copy mistake fail from me... the RAM is a 3200 2x8GB DDR4.

Im thinking for raw storage and other big programs and games a 2TB HDD.
