REST api web server - 5 concurrent user - Hardware

Hi,

I'm trying to build new computer to configure as linux based REST api web server. Given that it can concurrently serve 5 user. Software & OS use apache2, php, Ubuntu server. There will lots of cryptographic techniques for coneection, for data exchange and data storing. Can you suggest best hardware for it?(CPU, RAM, SSD, Motherboard, Graphic Card, etc). Also I'm looking for long term warranty as if it will be running 24x7.
