PC locks on POST screen

Hey guys,

 

I have exhausted just about every troubleshooting trick I can think of but still no luck. My PC recently decided that it no longer wants to make it past the splash screen of the bios. After some looking online it seems like a sata issue but even after unplugging all my drives nothing changes, if anyone knows why it might be doing this please do let me know, cheers!

 

Specs:

CPU: Phenom ii X6 1100T

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P

GPU: GTX 750ti

Storage:

256gb Silicon Power SSD

512GB HDD

2TB HDD
