Budget: 400-500(euro)

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  It will be used for basically office work

Other details: I have a friend who needs a new work pc. There were some new monitors that were bought, but he had an extra that he wasn't using anymore, so decided to upgrade it to the work place, but the pc's there can't run the monitor he has. I'm not sure exactly on the model but it's 32 inches, 1440p and has 165Hz refresh rate. I went there with my pc to test if it would work on mine, that had integrated graphics, it did, but on 144Hz. But that's not a big deal, he still could use it at 60Hz, but if the option is there, he wants at least those 144Hz. So I said I was gonna build him a new work pc. I usually build with Ryzen, not biased, it's just the best value that there was at the time when I build pc's. Right now at least where I live there is no option for a Ryzen with integrated graphics. So I decided to go with a Intel I3 12100 but I've never built with intel, so I don't know what would be the best under 500 euro build. I would probably research it and come up with something, but he's kind of on a time crunch, so can someone suggest a New pc with an I3 12100, no GPU needed, as it's only for work, but I still want it to have no problem with 1440p at 144Hz. And also no SSD or HDD, I'm gonna put in the one from his work pc, as it already has windows 10 and all of his files and programs he needs to work with. Thanks in advance.
