Can someone help with my fps issues?

I had just built this PC yesterday, i have an i7 11700k and an RX 6600 XT. At a lot of point in my gameplay my fps seems to be limiting itself to as little as 30, 50, etc which doesnt make sense to me as i am able to get 350+ fps when it seems to be running smoothly. It might be some setting that i am not aware of any help and tips would be greatly appreciated.

what are the full system specs? the cpu temp isn't dangerous or anything, but it's definitely a bit high imo(at least towards the end of the clip).

With that kind of setup, it does depend on what your gpu settings are at and what your game settings are at as well. I would try medium settings, play & see what happens. Then try high settings and see what happens. What does your build look like? Do you have a full build list?

 

Also, make sure on the cpu cooler that you're not using stock, as this could affect performance too. Dark Rock 4 and NH-U12S Redux are some good options.
