Can It still work?

So I bought a Gigabyte G1.Sniper A88X

The board seems to have power like the green LED is lit

CPU is heating up (AMD A10-7850K)

RAM is heating up and also blinking (avexir core ddr3 1600 8GB)

PSU (FU 500WG 80Plus Gold)

Tried
Different Rams and Slots
Different Processors (A4-6300, X4-760K with GPU)

CMOS reset (battery and shorting)

tried all of the display ports (VGA,DVI,HDMI) and monitors

No beeping sounds

Have these parts ever worked before?

If you have the option to return that board, do it. Odds are something with it is dead, and quite frankly it's not worth using anyway. FM2+ was slow when it came out and has aged like milk. Any more than free for that board is too much.

all of the parts is working except for this motherboard I just bought it facebook market place and the seller said that he doesnt have any RAM or monitors to try it out if it still have a display
