PC Turning On

Go to solution Solved by Liam2553,

Thanks everyone for assistance, the CPU power cable must have somehow became slightly unplugged :S Anyway thanks!

So as soon as I turn on power to my PC (at wall) the CPU fan starts spinning, then stops, spins, then stops, spins, then stops and on and on. The computer also will not turn on so I was wondering what the problem is and how do I fix it?

It could be a faulty PSU, it could be a cable that isn't correctly plugged in.

Or a broken motherboard...

It could be all kinds of things.
