Boot problem

I've just build my new PC with i5 12400, b660m motherboard, 16 gigs of ram, RX570 8gig oc GPU, a Corsair 650 PSU, and for storage a Samsung SSD and a HDD.

When I start it delays a few seconds and then starts to power cycle with the fans ramping up and down cyclically without posting, after a few seconds it restarts and does the same thing again for a couple of time untill it finally turns on properly and everything is fine and perfect, also under load has no problem.

I updated the bios and drivers, what should I do next for solving the problem?

sounds like it is training memory.. check if there is a bios option or .... as my z390 have.. a switch onboard to select train memory.

It has been a couple of day of messing around with bios setting on ram memory training but nothing has changed. I've also tried to use just one stick in every slot and nothing changes. What should I do next?
