Random dots and lines while playing games.

Lately when I have been playing games, after around 15 seconds, I would get all of these random dots and lines and then it would freeze. Occasionally, my monitors would disconnect. I am almost certain that it is an issue with my graphics card. My card is a GTX 1060. If anybody can help with this, I would appreciate it very much.

Looks like artifacts, is the card over clocked ? IF yes set to default stock

Also update drivers as stated and hope for the best
