Junk cleaner batch file script

Is this junk cleaning batch file safe? Can it do any damage?

It's not doing anything malicious, though I wouldn't consider Windows log files to be "junk" so I personally wouldn't run it. 

 

I'd just stick to using the built in Disk Clean-up utility, I doubt this would free up much space and likely won't improve performance.
