Is there some reason you need those specific units? I would recommend the PSU teir list on the forum to find something a little more... tested.

I can't find that brand on the list at all. I don't think I'd trust either of those to power a toaster, let alone my PC.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

I found the manufacturer, but I can't find any place to buy them, so I dont know their price.

Also they are not modular, so you will have a lot of useless cables in your case.

How about a Corsair RM550x power supply from 2018? It costs 80-100 USD, it is much more quiet and it is fully modular and high quality.

My build:

CPU

Intel Core i7 9700 8x 3.00GHz So.1151

CPU cooler

be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim

Motherboard

MSI B360-A PRO Intel B360 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX

RAM

GPU

8GB Gigabyte GeForce RTX2070 WindForce 2X 3xDP/HDMI

Not modular: All cables, you could possibly need are attached to the power supply.

Modular: You can plug in the cables you need and keep out all the others.

Corsair RM550x has 10 years of warranty. So it should be very future proof. If you want more headroom for a high end graphics card, you could also go for 750 W power.  (RM750x)

A 400-550 W power supply should be perfectly fine.

Your two power supplies have 3 disadvantages:

Nobody knows them, so they can be very bad quality. Their websites says: 3 years warranty.

They are loud compared to the corsair one.

They are not modular, so you have some useless cables in your case.

are those the same psu with different power or what can you elaborate please??

Yes. Those photos you shared are the same ATX type of psu. The other one is 660W capacity and the other is 550W capacity. Based from your cpu(i5 8500) and your gpu (GTX1650) from the choices in the photo, the 550W option should be more than enough. But I recommend to buy the more known and tested brand ones.

I live in Nepal and my budget is around 100000 which is somehow equivalent to  $1k but In my country the components are a bit expensive than the actual USD so i am opting for a that  psu.

You're are welcome. Go with the brand that you trust and you should be fine. If you are not sure. You can let me know what brands with 550watts are available in your area and I can give you suggestions.

The box says the 660w one is standard and the 500w one says premium and bronze is it of any difference

The bronze and other colors are efficiency rating certification given to the manufacturer's product. The higher the rating, the better efficiency in terms of power delivery.

If you can, go for this one: Corsair Gaming Smps RM650X | Quality Computer

Or the same series with 550 W.

It is very good.

If it's too expensive and there is no other way, you can get this one: Corsair Gaming SMPS VS450 | Quality Computer

But it's only for very cheap systems and it's pretty old. So I would only take this, if there is no other way.

They're not even real.  They're fake rating logos.  There is no "Imperion" on the 80 PLUS website and even if there was..... these are rated at 180V-240V mains and the "Bronze" logo they're using is for 115V mains.

This is a scam company selling scam PSUs.

So instead, you want to get the same level of quality PSU... but with an RGB fan?  That doesn't solve any problems.
