All letters not working

Today i noticed that my keyboard wasnt working properly, letter L doesnt work at all and letter k works as an up arrow and left arrow , i have tried everything i know uninstalled keyboard drivers, turning pc on and off multiple times, factory resetting keyboard and nothing has worked, my other keyboard did so the problem is with my current keyboard.
Is there any other possible fixes that i dont know of or should i try to just return it at this point?
