Ok so I have been having this problem on my pc for a while now. When I first got my pc I used to play games fine but I think after a couple restarts I got a DirectX error on my card and I couldn't play any game. So when I reinstalled the drivers I was hoping that would work which in a way it sorta did but it also didn't allow my frame rate to go above 1FPS on games, and when I looked at the Hz options under advanced display options I saw it at only 1Hz but it wasn't actually 1Hz on the main screen or games that weren't using gpu utilities. I then found this application called "atikmdag-patcher" which signed all the digital signatures on the gpu which allowed me to go to advanced display options and turn up the Hz higher. The atikmdag-patcher is a short term fix but whenever I update drivers I have to reinstall and update the signatures again. But also whenever I play a really really demanding game for long periods of time or use 2 instances of video encoding after a short amount of time it just immediately makes my screen go black and the gpu fans ramp up to 100%. Which then makes me have to force restart my pc (hold power button) and sometimes I have to reinstall the drivers and reinstall the atikmdag-patcher program because it seems like the drivers corrupt sometimes when my screen goes black and my gpu fans max out, I tried reinstalling windows twice (across 3-4 months) to fix this issue and it didn't help. I want to say the main issues here are either caused by the gpu (Pulse Sapphire RX 570 4GB), ram which I would understand since it is not a well known brand (SINBA 16GB 3000MHz) or psu (GAMDIAS KRATOS M1 550B or 550W 80+ Bronze psu), I just don't want to make a mistake buying one of them and setting up then figuring out that it is the other one, especially when I am short on money and the inflated prices. I don't know whether my gpu is just not thermal throttling at all and then I have to force restart my pc or it is not getting enough power but I think a 550W is more than enough for a R5 2600, RX 570, 16GB 3000MHz ram, 4 RGB case fans, RGB fan cpu cooler, and my accessories (kb, mouse, etc). I originally thought it was a power issue due to being plugged into a power strip, and I haven't had it for a while since but I also have been kinda relaxed on gaming and encoding too. Until a few weeks ago after playing a pretty demanding game the black screen and 100% gpu speed fans happened again and I had to go through the issue of uninstalling and reinstalling the amd drivers and software along with doing the atikmdag-patcher fix too. I spent some time trying to find a fix for this, which I have found a reddit thread that was similar to my problem (this is the thread below; more below the thread)

and this forum said it was the ram but also some of the other posts/comments under the main thread said it was either the psu or gpu. If anyone could give me any information/advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this and helping me out.
