Looks good! Though the PSU is low end-ish. You could try to find a CXF which is higher quality. Or a Seasonic Core, you can look on Tier B for something affordable but good quality. Not familiar with Intel motherboards but maybe someone will be able to comment.

You may want to rethink some parts, your case costs more than the motherboard and cooler combined.

Typically when looking for parts (with performance in mind) you should look at the case last while priority parts being (in order)

Gpu, Cpu, Ram/Ssd, psu/motherboard, case

 

This would be a good system to start with an i3 if you want to balance looks and performance.
