You should be able to get 3060ti and i5-12600 for $1500cad - looking at USD

 

Even that won't be giving you 4k high graphics setting outside older games but 1080p and 1440p should be no problem. DLSS will be your best friend for 4k

 

That case is trash and the psu that comes with it is a fire waiting to happen.

you can get laptops for that price and save on the webcam and holds a higher resale value than a prebuilt desktop

I was thinking about a laptop, but saw many videos saying not to get one...

Will it still be able to run games and get good fps?

They can if the laptop can't get fresh air, keeping the laptop base off the desk helps this a ton. You are going to run into the same problem with a restricted airflow case

this  has the same style of case, gamers nexus has a ton of these prebuilt desktop reviews and so far none have stood up to scrutiny.

That xps desktop is the worst reviewed desktop I have ever seen. It's around 40-60% the performance of the listed parts.

 

G15 laptops are really nice, it's thicker than the Alienware but they added cooling to match the size.

 

Out of the 3, the g15 would be my choice.
