Budget (including currency): theoretical 1500 usd

Country: global

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming. Schoolwork.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): so Idea is this to in practicality make desktops version of Nintendo switch where you can take and play on your pc/console anywhere you want and when you are home to dock your handheld and connect it to an eGPU which in turn is connected to complete setup: full sized monitor, keyboard, mouse and so on. Part that I have problem is that I could not determine which one of new handheld windows machines do the things I want to do; Specifically to have good enough cpu to handle the workload of multi monitor and be able to use eGpu.
