Specs

cpu: ryzen 7 5700g

gpu: gigabyte rtx 2070 super

mobo: asus TUF b550 gaming plus (wifi) *flashed to latest bios from asus

ram: 32 fb t force 3200mhz ddr4 (8x4)

miscellaneous: 2 usb 3.0 pcie expansion cards, 1 pcie Sata expansion card

Memory

3 Sata SSDs, 3 Sata HDDs, 1 m.2 name(boot drive)

-note all drives are carryovers from previous build (Msi b450 gaming max mobo and ryzen 5 3600x with same gpu and expansion cards)

Explanation

I have just updated my system a bit and now have an annoying issue that prevents me from using my computer.

Everything is spinning up and has power but the debug light settles on a green boot light after going through all of the debug lights during a startup. (Video link for further context:

)

I get to the TUF splash screen asking to press f2 or delete in order to access the bios and I get no response from my keyboard when I do so.

I am unsure of what else I can do and would appreciate any advice that you may have.

P.S.

The system would boot up into windows previously with just the igpu present. After putting in the gpu I get stuck on the splash screen regardless if I take out the gpu and use the igpu or not.

First thing I would do is clear CMOS remove power from wall and pull out the battery. Then hold

down the power button 1 minute and plug back up

After that min config, same thing pull out your power cable and I would start with the drives one at a time. See if any of them or anything else causes this fault
