HELP! MSI Laptop Screen Problem

My MSI Laptop screen shows lines whenever I turn my brightness up. Is there any way to troubleshoot this or should I send this to the shop for repair? You can check out the photo I attached for reference.

Most likely a bad panel or cable.

There is a very small chance you have degrade VRAM, but if it's under warranty I would send it back honestly. 
Everything I will suggest will need a repair or will lower performance.

looks alot like a pinched display ribbon cable, or a dropped lcd panel.

if you are very confident with your ability to pull apart the laptop you can check the display cable connection on the inside of the laptop, depending on the model it may involve removing the mainboard, keyboard, and cooler.

usually best to bring it into a shop.
