Help on FPS Drops

Hi,

I hope someone can help me. My FPS is dropping while playing Apex Legends and God of War.

 

Apex Legends settings: All Disabled/Low, Texture Budget: 8GB, Texture Filtering: Anisotropic 16x

God of War settings: All Original except Textures: Ultra

 

PC Specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600

AMD RX 6600 XT

16GB 3200Mhz RAM

Games are installed on an HDD 7200RPM

Seasonic M12II 520W 80+ Bronze

 

I have attached

* CrystalDiskInfo,

* Performance Logging [0.25s Sampling Interval] from AMD Radeon Software  (Apex Legends 4mins of real gameplay)

Go to rows 939 - 944 for quick look. But the drops are all over the place.

 

Is my PSU the possible culprit? Thanks guys.
