My 2060 starts making a buzzing noise whenever i cap the fps above the monitor refresh rate (60 hz)

So say if for example im in fortnight and i cap the fps at 120 my gpu starts making a buzzing sound or something.

Did you check for bees?

 

It's probably coil whine. Is it still there if you cap it lower?

no when i cap it at 60fps it doesnt but if i set my fps to unlimited or anything higher than 60 then it starts to lol no bees
